The figs are usually full of honey and very juicy. With a soft black skin, Cherry Cordial figs are great to eat whole, right off the tree. When left to dry on the tree, the figs take on an intense raspberry flavor. Allow room directly in the ground for this fast growing variety. Exact timing is weather dependent, but we usually start in November. Shipping continues throughout the winter and early spring. We stop shipping when the trees begin to break dormancy, normally around mid-March.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e**All non-rooted cuttings ship between November and March regardless of the date selected during checkout.  Orders placed during our pre-sale period(October\/November) will ship out first in November\/December.  If you are rooting your cuttings in the spring, our cuttings can be kept in the refrigerator until you are ready to root them.  They will be perfectly fine.
