italian-everbearing-fig
Italian Everbearing Fig

As the name suggests, Italian Everbearing originally comes from Italy. In frost-free climates like the Mediterranean or southern United States, the everbearing trees can bear fruit every couple of months, all year round. Even in colder climates though, Italian Everbearing is able to become dormant during the winter months and continue to produce figs as the weather warms. These productive plants grow in the shape of a bush, rather than a tall tree. New shoots often emerge from the base of the plant, which allows it to spread. However, Italian Everbearing also makes an ideal plant for small spaces with some careful pruning.

The amber and light red pulp often has hints of berry, strawberry, or tropical fruits. Italian Everbearing Figs are larger than typical Brown Turkey figs and have a round shape. The figs are covered in dark skin that ranges from dark red, to purple, to black. The skin often has a starry pattern of white dots.

Terms and Conditions:

***Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing cuttings***

When do we ship cuttings?

Non-Rooted Cuttings(November/December):

We begin to ship cuttings once the trees are dormant and in a shippable state.
