You people are brutal!! My daughter passed away and her favorite color was pink so I searched for pink roses. So I searched Navarre Florida for a local florist to get the roses , that lead me to you. I ordered 2 dozen pink roses to be delivered to the funeral Home, this was in excess of 150.00. Then I get a message the day before the funeral saying it was out of your delivery area and I would have to pay another 90 dollars to get them. How cruel is that? Almost 100 dollars more. And yes I paid it. At that moment I would have given anything to get that arrangement to the service. There was no way to cancel and take a chance on not being able to get the pink roses I so wanted for her. But looking back I’m so disappointed in your Florist, I think you took advantage of me and would never recommend you to a single person. You are a rip off Kemp Florist.
